Founded by Anthony Gribble and Jarrod Sacilotto, AJP Advisory brings a combined 20+ years of Construction and Property Industry experience, having delivered highly complex projects across a range of asset classes with an aggregate value in excess of $1 billion dollars.

Prior to founding AJP Advisory, Anthony and Jarrod worked at some of the nation's most recognised and esteemed builders and developers, including Mirvac, where they both held senior project delivery and commercial management roles.

Recognising that there was an inherent lack of client advocacy and project delivery / commercial acumen within the residential space, Anthony and Jarrod founded AJP Advisory to ensure clients and Principals could benefit from their extensive experience and ability in the delivery of projects.

His background spans highly complex residential projects across multiple asset classes, with deep expertise in contract administration, programme management, and commercial oversight — giving clients the confidence of Tier 1 expertise applied directly to their project.

Jarrod brings a strong commercial and delivery background developed across some of Australia's most prominent builders and developers, including Mirvac, where he held a senior project and commercial management role.
